    The "Dream Big" basketball camp will be held July 11th - July 13th at William Fleming High School. It will be FREE again this year and it will be open to boys and girls ages 7-15. Participants will have the opportunity to learn basketball skills from experienced coaches and participate in fun and challenging drills and games. Campers will also participate in Dream Big: Skills For Life daily sessions. Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided daily for free as well.

    I give permission for my child to participate in the Dream Big Basketball Camp. I understand that there may be risks associated with participating in the program, and I assume all responsibility for my child's participation. I also agree to abide by all program policies and regulations. In case of an emergency, I authorize the program staff to obtain any necessary medical treatment for my child. I release and discharge the program, its staff, and any associated entities from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with my child's participation in the program. I acknowledge understanding of these terms to the best of my knowledge.

    In consideration for my child's participation in the program, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Dream Big, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers, and release all parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child, or to any property belonging to me or my child while participating in the program.

    I have read and fully understand this waiver and release, and I sign it voluntarily, with the knowledge that it will affect my legal rights.
